The price of the discount card will remain the same regardless of when the card has been purchased by the customer within that year (with the exception of any potential discounts conducted by 'the mums chinwag' within the year)
Please note that businesses have the right not to serve you if the date on your discount card has expired
Businesses/Services have the right to refuse the acceptance of the discount card to receive discounts for any valid reason
Discount cards are non transferable and non exchangeable.
Refunds are permitted only if the card is faulty or not as described. Please return the card by post to: The Mum's Chinwag, Office 139H, 21 Effie Road, Fulham Broadway, London, SW6 1EN. You will have to pay the full costs for return postage.
Discount cards have no cash or refund value. Cards cannot be applied to the cost of pre-paid reservations
Discount cards may not be used for any previously purchased items
Discount cards cannot be used for purchasing goods over the phone
Simply present your discount card at the till or to a member of staff to receive your offer
Only one discount card can be used per transaction sale
Goods, services and/or discounts are subject to availability and may change from time to time
To use a discount card there must be at least one adult and one child present, with at least one child within your care who is 13 years old or younger. If no child is present, the establishment has the right to use their discretion if they wish to offer you with a discount.
Offers given by each business is unique to the business and will differ from each other

After you have placed your order for the discount card you will receive an email acknowledgment from PayPal, which will be sent to the email address you have provided
You agree to allow 'The Mum’s Chinwag' to email you with regular newsletters about new business partners and discounted offers
Damaged, defaced, lost or stolen discount cards will not be replaced free of charge. It is the responsibility of the customer to purchase a new card at full price. Businesses have the right to accept or deny customers with damaged and defaced cards
Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions may result in the customer not being served by any one of our partnering businesses
